I think I'm ready

Hello! (Mostly to myself because I don't have friends, or fans yet.)

Any of you who know me, know how scared I am of putting myself out there. But I'm done being scared. I'm doing this.  I can edit and rewrite until my fingers bleed and will never have the balls to show it to the world. So I'm going for it. If it doesn't pan out, well I'll keep trying.

My series is no longer in it's baby phase. I have written 5 out of a 9 book series. I've had so many rewrites in 1 and 2 it is almost nothing like it was when I started. This journey started when I was Thirteen. I wrote the first draft of what will become my second book in this series. It has expanded and spiraled into what I have now created and intend to create. I called my creation Doomed to Failure. It set precedence in how I anticipated my life. In my bio I mentioned my father calling me worthless, and I'll be honest. Even with him being dead that phrase still hurts on a level I never could have imagined. But. I am not doomed to fail. Not anymore.

Black Heart

Assassination should be quick and painless. Which is why Katrina likes it so much. Being raised amongst demons pain and torture is just their way of life. Sure she can torture just as good, if not better than the rest of them but she shouldn’t. She was born as a half breed, making her susceptible of turning into what is referred to as a world eater. A being off mass power that is created from anguish who destroys everything it touches. And that’s not really what she wants to be when she grows up.

She will travel through worlds on a skyship and crewmates to finally face her past. Her mother: who wanted nothing to do with her until she understood the power she could harness. Her father: who nearly killed her just for fun. And her Sister who loves nothing more than to have the absolute worst timing.  But facing her past means opening old wounds, the love of her life who she abandoned to keep him away from her dysfunctional family. Removing spells that blocked her memories of taste of letting go. She’ll have to be strong enough to take on the worlds and not cave to the ever enticing mist of darkness.
